Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC)
The ORSC program is the first International Coach Federation (ICF)-accredited program of its kind. It shifts the coaching focus from the individuals to the relationship itself - what we call the Third Entity™. The program provides Relationship Systems practitioners with an approach to work directly with the relationship system rather than doing traditionally individual work, with the group. The entire program is geared to providing the theory, skills and competency to successfully work with relationship systems.
The ORSC series of five courses share some very important characteristics. They are:
- Practical. We are big fans of experiential learning because that's where learning really happens. The theory and reading and research are important. The experience of actually practicing this work is critical. All our programs absolutely involve active participation, vignette and real-life exercises and inner-work so that they are immediately applicable.
- Cross-disciplinary. While our programs have their roots in coaching and require an understanding of the coaching discipline, there is enormous relevance and benefit for the allied professions like therapy, mediation, human resources, and organization development. Also, business leaders at many levels, community activists and spiritual workers all receive tremendous benefit through the practical application of this work.
- Evidence-based. Theory is of little use unless it makes a tangible impact, so we teach what we know works, not what we think works. We draw on research done by other experts, authors as well as share case studies and test our work, both in the development of our programs and in the field. Our curriculum has a real-world relevance and draws on the actual experiences of both instructors and students who are active in this work.
- Accredited. Center for Right Relationship offers programs that are accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF). The ORSC series is accredited for 84 Continuing Coach Education Units (CCEU) and is currently in the process to be certified for Approved Coach Specific Training Hours which can be applied toward ACC, PCC and MCC status.
- Responsive. Course content adapts to emerging needs and the evolution of practice in the field. We are absolutely committed to continuous improvement and we live that commitment every day.
- Designed for Community. Relationship systems thinking is a global movement with local relevance. Our courses foster local communities of practitioners on every continent and we have created an online community with members from around the world. Partnerships, networking and dialogue continue long after course work is completed.
- Inspiring. Sometimes change can be painful, but it doesn't have to be. Our programs bring creativity, fun and deep understanding together to create an inspiring space that inspires learning, rather than inflicting it.
- Supportive of life-long learning. Graduates of our programs can refine, refresh and re-engage with relationship systems thinking at all points in their career by accessing ongoing services and support provided by the Center for Right Relationship.
